Character from my Raver series of characters a few years back. I've been submitting work here Old-New...so it fits. She's actually the evil twin of my "XTC" character. I'm currently in the process of a redraw of that character, and eventually, this one. Good stuff. Colored in Paint Shop Pro 6.
